Terms and Conditions (Escrow & Shipping Policy) 1. Shipping Schedule We dispatch orders up to four (4) times per week. Dispatch timelines are clearly communicated and begin only after the buyer submits a complete and valid delivery address. 2. Address Accuracy — Buyer Responsibility All shipping details are copied and processed exactly as provided by the buyer. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure that: The address is complete, accurate, and deliverable The correct option is selected for PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers Any error, omission, or incorrect selection made by the buyer releases the seller from liability. 3. PO Box & Parcel Locker Deliveries If a buyer selects a PO Box or Parcel Locker but fails to choose the correct delivery method, the shipment may be sent via Express Envelope, which can require government-issued ID for collection. Failure to read or follow these instructions does not constitute seller fault and is not grounds for refund or dispute. 4. Tracking, Delivery & Proof All standard shipments are sent with tracking to protect both buyer and seller. Once tracking shows DELIVERED, ATTEMPTED DELIVERY, MISSED DELIVERY, or AWAITING COLLECTION, the seller’s obligation is fully fulfilled. At that point: Ownership and responsibility transfer to the buyer Escrow funds are considered earned and releasable to the seller 5. Refund & Reship Eligibility Buyers are eligible for a refund or reship only under the following strict conditions: Tracking status shows NOT DELIVERED, LOST, or SEIZED A minimum of five (5) business days has passed since the last tracking update The address provided was complete and correct 6. Non-Refundable Situations The following situations are explicitly excluded from refunds, chargebacks, or escrow reversals: Tracking shows DELIVERED Missed delivery due to buyer unavailability Failure to collect the package within courier time limits Incomplete, incorrect, or invalid address Delivery refusal by the recipient ID not provided when required 7. Untracked Shipping Option If the buyer selects Free / Untracked Envelope Shipping, they acknowledge and accept that: No tracking is provided No insurance applies No refunds or reships will be issued under any circumstance 8. Escrow Agreement Acknowledgement By proceeding with payment and shipment, the buyer confirms acceptance of these terms. In any escrow dispute, courier tracking records and address submission logs shall serve as final and binding evidence.
