The user is overcome with a sense of unity and can feel the energy flowing between their body and the universe. We find the experience to be different depending on what we are doing. During meditation, we have met many other cosmic trekkers. During exercise, we feel like an olympian, narrow focus and motivated to achieve our goals. Typically, the come up begins after 30mins, but from previous experience with LSD we have found it can take up to 3 hrs. We highly recommend you educate yourself and only trip in a safe setting.
