In our experience and with the way of stealth we use it has very low chance to go under inspection, but in case it does or if someone else opens your package - product won't be visible until content is ripped apart. ◈ Most other stores ships untracked orders very carelessly... Most of the time it's mylar bag inside bubble envelope with shipping address probably printed using dymo label printer and etc... Our packages are prepared with aim to make it appear as a regular bank/business/spam mail. Package is thin, flexible and no shapes or patterns of product can be felt when touching it. Most importantly, we know postal service guidelines of countries we ship to, and prepare packages according to those guidelines. After drugs are vacuumed in first layer, it is cleaned and gloves are changed, to prevent transfer of it's smell when doing second layer of vacuum. Second layers and finishing of package is done in different room then first layer is made or drugs are held. ◈ In case of package being inspected at customs, our packs does use visual barrier to prevent easy detection of your product. If it gets opened, your product won't be visible until you tear apart content of package. ◈ We DO NOT use bubble envelopes, packages is always flexible, thin and light weight, as if papers from bank, or government. ◈ Orders to USA is packed according to USA mail system, so increasing a chance that it will be sorted by sorting machine and easily pass customs. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬REFUND AND RESHIP POLICY▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ◈ Missing orders is always disappointing for both of us, unfortunately, as long as we work with illegal substances, this risk is always there, and anybody who promises 0% risk is lying, this risk can always be minimized, but never 0%. ◈ In case of your order goes missing, we are going to look in that and offer you some kind of solution which depends on case by case basis, but reshipping is only possible to new clean address, keep in mind that we do ship every single package, so it can go missing and if it's not a delay, then most likely it's seized and address is burnt. ◈ For untracked orders only buyers with more then 2 orders on their profile is eligible for a refund/reship. For orders with track & trace every buyer can get a reship when tracking indicates seizure by customs ◈ Unfortunately there is some cases when we can't help, here are cases when no refund or reship can't be given: - Address was burnt - Sample order or 1EUR welcome offers. - You made a mistake in shipping address. - Negative feedback left before reaching out to us. ◈ Orders are considered as non-arriving: inside EU: 14 day, outside EU: 31 days.
